I have had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Taber briefly several times. I wanted a chance to speak with her at length about her campaign to be NC's Agriculture Commissioner, so I arranged a Zoom meeting. As those of you who know me well understand, my food is very important to me and so is the health of our local farms. In this conversation, Sarah explains her experience and her desire to share the wisdom she has gained with all our state's farmers.
